MARK D. GREGORY is a 18 year veteran with the F.D.N.Y. He was appointed to the Department in April of 1991 and was assigned to Ladder Company 132 "The Eye of The Storm”. Mark transferred to Rescue Company 2 in 1995 and worked there until his promotion to Lieutenant in 2002. He currently serves as a Lieutenant in Tower Ladder 111 “The Nuthouse”. Mark's Fire Service career started in 1987 as a member of the East Quogue Volunteer Fire Department. He served through all of the ranks and was Chief of Department for 3 terms. He is currently an active member and a Fire Commissioner for the East Quogue Fire District. Mark has been serving for over 10 years as a Deputy Chief Instructor for the Suffolk County Fire Academy.
JAMES F. SANDAS is a 22 year veteran with the F.D.N.Y. He was appointed to the Department in February of 1987. Jim has previously served in Engine Companies 212, 277 and Ladder Company 112 "The House of Pain" before transferring to Rescue Company 2 in 1996 where he is currently assigned.His fire service career began 33 years ago as a member of the Hempstead Volunteer FD where he served the ranks of Firefighter, Lieutenant, Captain, and Chief of the Department. He has served as the Assistant Chief of Training
since 1983. In 2005, Jim was hired as a New York State Certified Clinical Lab Instructor, Nassau County Emergency Medical Services Academy.
PAT NICHOLS started his fire service career in Naugatuck,CT in 1976. He was appointed to the Boston Fire Department in 1986. As a Firefighter, Pat was assigned to Engine 22 and Ladder 10. In 1991, Pat was promoted to Lieutenant and served in both Ladder 26 "The Huntington Avenue Express" and Rescue Company 2. In 2005, Pat was promoted to his current rank of Captain and is assigned as the Commanding Officer of Tower 10. He is a Massachusetts State
Fire Instructor for 16yrs and a member of USAR MA-TF1.
